NEW ELITE CAMP!!!

November 12 & December 3, 2022 

Some players have the dream of playing College soccer, but have no idea how that dream can be obtained.  Only around 12-16% of High school soccer players play in college, this means our athletes have to understand the process that it takes to become a college athlete.

TSA is now offering our NEW ELITE ONE-DAY camp for players that are looking for a challenge. This one day camp is for players that have upper level experience and have advance knowledge and technical ability of soccer. This will be a very competitive program.



 

TSA will hold a cap of 20 players max for Elite Program.

COST - $125

Emergency Contact

Trejo Soccer Academy is not responsible for any previous injury or recurrence of any injury. I will not hold Trejo Soccer Academy, instructors, or Forest City Parks and Rec. for any claims of personal illness or injury that my child may sustain during camp.

Authorization for Emergency Treatment: I hereby give permission for the minor named above to receive emergency medical treatment, in the event of an emergency that I/we cannot be reached. I understand that this will be at my expense.

Photography Release: I hereby authorize TSA to publish photographs taken (for the year 2022) of myself and/or the minor child or children listed, for use in the (TSA Camp)'s print, online and video-based materials, as well as other camp publications.
